Yang Yixin was born in 1947 and is 73 years old this year. He lived in China for the first 24 years and 25 years after his life. He lived in Hong Kong for 7 years and 17 years in the United States. After returning to China, he spent 25 years studying the Chinese embroidery art with thousands of years of history, developing new embroidery techniques and unique expression styles, and reproducing his photographs more perfectly from content to form. He named the embroidery art created by this “art on the tip of the needle” as “silk needle painting”. A number of World Trade Center silk needle paintings were held at the New York Artists’ Exhibition for 3 days, and a reception was held on September 11. Yang Yixin hosted a personal creation lecture and welcomed the public. The New York Museum of Art is located at 78 Bowery Street level C.
