The New York Arts Center’s one year anniversary celebration will be held on October 27th, 2019 (Sunday). To celebrate, the New York Arts Center will hold a reception in alliance with Art Tree Gallery, located in Guangzhou, China.
In this event, Ms. Luo Ruona will be invited as guest to exhibit oil paintings. At the same time, different artists will be coming together to discuss the development and expansion of Chinese art and culture to more places in the world.
